Meditation

Meditation can be defined in many ways, the simple meaning is "absence of concentration". The senses keep on sending messages to the mind, and the mind keeps on analyzing the same. The continuous thinking makes the mind tired. By doing meditation, we go to state of conscious sleeping. The mind calms down and after meditation for 15 minutes, we feel refreshed. The best way to start is with the help of a teacher
